That i...I am so excited for you with your training! That is awesome! I know running can make you incredibly hungry! I try to stick to filling foods like oatmeal and nuts to cut back on snacking. Or when I have that snacking urge, I pack rice cakes at school. Guilt free. Or when you want to eat more, fill yourself on water.
